overview on how to utilize the

various features found in our educational videos.

Welcome to Special Needs Trust TV.  Once you are registered to view videos, you will gain access to the on-line video tab, which will appear at the top of the page (in-between “Video Preview” and “Calendar”.)  Click on the name of the video you would like to view.

The video will begin when 10% of the file has loaded.  This means that the video is still loading even after the video begins.  Therefore, you will not have access to the entire video until it has completed loading.

We suggest that you hit the pause button to allow the video to fully load before viewing.  This takes approximately 1 – 5 minutes depending on the size of video and the speed of your computer.

A Table of Contents appears to the left of the video. Once the video has fully loaded, you can click on any heading to immediately skip to that section.

Please note that you may not see all of the Table of Contents within the screen.  Simply use the scroll bar to the right of the Table of Contents to access more headings.

Pop up windows in the video are provided to give you timely information of various facts, or links to pertinent websites or e-mail addresses. If you click on a pop up window, the video will pause and you will be taken to that page.  This page will open in a separate window. To continue your video, simply use the controls at the bottom of the video page.
